Kodak Black Announces New Album, ‘Kill Bill,’ While Serving 46-Month Prison Sentence

Kodak Black is currently serving a 46-month prison sentence after falsifying information on gun applications last year. He was initially arrested at the Rolling Loud festival in Miami in May. He also got hit with an addition year sentence for getting caught with a gun at the Canadian border in April of last year with two men. Luckily for him though, he is getting credit for time served in this case.

Kodak has new music on the way though as his Twitter account announced today that his new album will be titled ‘Kill Bill.’ He said “#KillBill Coming Real Soon. Until then vibe to these Championships.” The photo displayed him holding championship trophies which has his previous albums and mixtapes.. Kodak’s real name is Bill Kapri.

Kodak’s lawyer has recently taken to Kodak’s Instagram account to detail the inhumane conditions that the Florida rapper has been exposed to while incarcerated as well. It’ll be interesting to see though if he is released from prison temporary though due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic. 6ix9ine was put on house arrest two days ago and YNW Melly may be released too after announcing that he tested positive for the virus.

Kodak’s last album was his ‘Dying To Live’ which was released at the end of 2018 and was led by the hit single “Zeze” featuring Offset and Travis Scott. Hopefully, we get a new single and tracklist for this project soon.
