Summer Walker’s “Playing Games” Single Featuring Bryson Tiller is Officially Certified Platinum

Summer Walker has been one of the biggest R&B artists in the game since she broke out as a star with her “Girls Need Love” single in late 2018. That soon earned a remix with Drake to kick off 2019 and her debut album ‘Over It‘ was released in September. This also featured the singles “Stretch You Out” featuring A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie and “Playing Games” which received an extended version with Bryson Tiller.

Playing Games feat. Bryson Tiller continues to be one of the most popular records on Over It as now, it has officially been certified platinum by the RIAA, according to Chart Data. This is after selling 1 million units.

Fans better enjoy Playing Games along with the rest of the album while they can because it may be a while before we get another album from Walker. Over the course of her ‘First and Last Tour,’ she expressed her difficulty of dealing with social anxiety and the title of the tour is self explanatory. The album title itself also signals that she may not be into the industry that much. Hopefully, this isn’t the case any longer as she’s one of the most best in her genre and a second studio album is something that we’d all like in 2020.
