R. Kelly has been in prison since last summer after being indicted on sex crimes involving his relations with minors. His trial in Chicago recently ended up getting postponed from April to October though. He’s still facing fed charges in Minnesota and New York as well.
More trouble is coming towards the disgraced R&B legend now as according to TMZ, more fed charges are on the way in New York against him. Legal documents state that there’s an indictment on the table involving two victims as one one them was under 18 when Kelly had sex with them back in 2015. The full list of charges consist of coercion and enticement, coercion of a minor and transportation of a minor across state lines.
The minor is listed in court as Jane Doe # 5 and she claimed that Kelly gave her herpes. Jane Doe # 6 also says she has herpes as a result of sex with Kelly. Racketeering is another charge in this latest indictment as Kelly allegedly used “force, threats of force, physical restraint and threats of physical restraint.” As of now, it’s only a matter of time before he’s in prison for a very long time.
