In 2019, Megan Thee Stallion was definitely the (s)hero, as she made it happen. People were not counting her out, but her success was always underestimated. Her rise, in that way, is comparative to Cardi B, and where she was, two years prior.
Megan Thee Stallion is doing her own, thing, though, and getting love from everybody. Literally, every man she took a photo with, people assumed she was dating. That ranged from G-Eazy to Wiz Khalifa, though Moneybagg Yo was her only confirmed man.
Tonight, Megan Thee Stallion sat down with Elliott Wilson for her first official “CRWN” interview. The two spoke on a lot, but she explained her state of mind. She discussed the Suga EP, the Tina Snow alter ego, her and DaBaby’s “Cash Sh*t,” where that video is, and why she featured Nicki Minaj on “Hot Girl Summer.”
