This morning, fans woke up to news of DaBaby slapping a female fan, during his concert, last night. While fans have enjoyed DaBaby’s rise to fame, it has come with a lot of violence. The Charlotte rapper actually killed someone, two years ago.

DaBaby has gotten into all kinds of violent situations, some self-defense, the others, not so much. To begin 2020, DaBaby was in trouble, over beating a Miami promoter. While it wasn’t self-defense, his money was being played with.

Regarding last night’s altercation, though, DaBaby did film a brief video to explain himself and apologize. Giving himself no excuses, DaBaby said he should have handled the situation differently, adding he had no idea a woman was holding the phone. He went onto remind fans to simply zoom in, as the flash was right in his eye, but went onto say that this is what he signed up for, so he sincerely apologizes.
