Boosie has been on the wrong side of headlines lately for his comments about Dwyane Wade’s child, Zaya, who has recently come out as a girl. It even got him banned from a Planet Fitness. Nonetheless, the Louisiana rapper is back to focusing on the music now.

Boosie took to Instagram Live to say that he and fellow Baton Rouge native, NBA Youngboy, are almost done with their collab album. He added that they’re nine songs in and want the final product to have 13. He also shut down a fan labeling it a mixtape but explaining that it’s an album and he gets paid for his music. As of now, the title hasn’t been revealed for this project.

Youngboy also released his new “Still Flexin Still Steppin” project last week as well which has been received positively by fans on social media. This is following his “AI Youngboy 2” album that was released at the end of 2019 which reached the top of the Billboard 200 chart. Boosie also just released his collab album “Badazz MO3” with Texas rapper MO3 as well.
