Love & Hip Hop: Miami started off pretty heavy tonight. Trick Daddy was arrested on a DUI and cocaine possession, and his ex, Joy Young, had a lot to say about the news.
Although she and Trick have been broken up for a few years, it’s clear that she still cares about him. However, it seems that she’s questioning whether he cares about himself enough.
During a sit-down with her cousin, rapper Trina, she revealed that Trick’s lupus has not only taken a toll on him physically but mentally and emotionally, too.
From what we gathered, Trick has been using drugs and alcohol to cope with his illness, which Joy isn’t too happy about.
Trina suggested an intervention, but will Trick actually participate?
Joy thinks he should.
On the other hand, Trick thinks everyone should stop mentioning his arrest.
“I’ve been to jail before!” he yelled in his confessional.
Twitter responded, and surprisingly, they actually agreed.
