Cardi B has arguably been the most successful female rapper over the past three years. Her “Bodak Yellow” single took off in early 2017 and it was on from that point. She went on to release her debut album “Invasion of Privacy” in the spring of 2018 as it contained hit records such as “I Like It” featuring J Balvin and Bad Bunny along with “Ring” feat Kehlani.

Cardi continues to rack up accolades such as having the longest-charting debut album by a female rapper in Billboard 200 history along with having the most streamed female rap album on Spotify. She has now reaching another impressive one as according to Chart Data, she is the first female rapper to have multiple tracks get to 1 billion streams on Spotify. These are I Like It and Maroon 5’s “Girls Like You” which she’s featured on.

Expect Cardi’s sophomore album to release sometime this year. At the end of 2019, she teased the idea of titling it “Tiger Woods.” Last year, she still had success with singles such as “Press” and “Please Me” feat. Bruno Mars.
