Gospel music was reinvented by Kirk Franklin, as he came closer to bringing it mainstream than any other artist. Two, nearly three, decades in, and Kirk Franklin is still making hits. The year of 2019 saw “Love Theory” become a hit for him, when the summer hit.
Kirk Franklin has become accepted by the mainstream, as he was once the butt of jokes with Plies, when he was popular. The joke was that the two were the same person. At the time, the two did look alike, and people joked of how they were never seen together.
The two have since debunked that joke, but fans forever have the memories. But, Kirk Franklin has become the butt of new jokes, all because of the above photo. Rocking the tight pants, and how he’s hugged on Sir The Baptist has Kirk Franklin being dragged, called “feminine” and “effeminate” in his own IG comments.
