Trailer For Upcoming DJ Screw Biopic “All Screwed Up” Revealed as 20-Year Anniversary of His Death Approaches [VIDEO]

DJ Screw is forever regarded as a Houston legend as he pioneered the chopped and screwed sound that is so influential in the city and it is a flow that many other rappers have been influenced by such as A$AP Rocky and Three 6 Mafia. Sadly, back in 2000, Screw passed away from a codeine overdose. He also influenced many rappers to drink lean as well.

Screw will now apparently have his own biopic on the way which will be directed by Isaac “Chill” Yowman as it’s titled “All Screwed Up,” according to HotNewHipHop. The film will detail his life, career, and his Clicked Up record label. Rosha Washington will be playing the role of Screw. Fellow Houston legend, Lil Keke, will serve as one of the producers of All Screwed Up.

At this time, no release date has been made official or what TV network it will air on. Since 2020 marks the 20th anniversary of Screw’s death, it would make sense for the film to be out sometime this year. Check out the full trailer below.
