The past two seasons have seen “Power” suffer from leaks of nearly the entire season. In 2017, fans saw Raina (Donshea Hopkins) die, in an Instagram clip, a month before it happened. That cemented the fans’ hatred for Tariq (Michael Rainey, Jr.).
Some fans blame Tariq for the downfall, because he kept doing foul things. However, many blame Ghost (Omari Hardwick) for setting it all in motion, for pursuing Angela (Lela Loren). He was married to Tasha (Naturi Naughton) the whole time, and fans say she’s finer, anyway.
But, what happened happened and Ghost had to watch both Raina and Angela die. While he managed to move on with Ramona (Cynthia Addai), “Nobody Can Stop Me” proved it wouldn’t last. “Power” let fans in, early, on Ghost dying, and have spent the final part of the series telling people who didn’t do it.
Longtime viewers should appreciate Ghost and Tommy (Joseph Sikora) making amends, in the end, with Tommy crying as Ghost died in his arms. But, Dre (Rotimi) didn’t do it, Paz (Elizabeth Rodriguez) didn’t do it, and Tommy clearly didn’t do it. However, Tariq and Tasha look highly suspect, so 50 Cent shared clips of them both doing it, saying there were alternate endings, safeguarding for a potential leak, and 50 is making fans guess.
