Earlier today, it was first reported by TMZ that DaBaby assaulted a valet parking employee in Los Angeles last month. This went down at the Beverly Hills AC Hotel and now, the Charlotte rapper is giving the full story of what really went down.

Baby took to his Instagram stories to explain how the employee asked if he could post he and his daughter on his social media page. Baby calmly denied this request as he emphasized that he and his daughter’s safety could be in danger if people knew where they were staying. He added that the employee ignored this as he went to the other side of the parking lot, about 50 feet away, and began recording them.

Baby knew he did this as he saw him recording and even writing a caption on Snapchat. He told the employee to immediately delete the video and “take his b*tch ass back to the hotel and do his job.” As far as the “assaulting,” Baby pushed this man into a chair so he could make him understand again how the safety of his daughter can be compromised.

Baby knows that being a celebrity is big but making sure his daughter is safe is his top priority. He also wants the hotel to be aware of his attorney contacting them if they don’t provide them the video of the employee recording him the way they showed him pushing the man. Baby will go as far as filing a lawsuit if they fail to do so.

With this information being put out by DaBaby, his frustration is definitely understandable. The employee had no right to keep recording he and his daughter after being told no. The hotel and the employee being sued would also be no surprise.

This incident comes after DaBaby supposedly sent his crew to rob and beat down a Miami club promoter after coming up short of a $30,000 paid club appearance by $10,000. He was also released on $1,500 bond after allegedly being involved in attacking a Dallas airport employee but those charges were dropped.

Check out the interaction between Baby and the valet employee along with his IG posts that address the situation below.
