Towards the end of 2016, Na Boogz began making a lot of noise, up in the city of New York. For so long, New York City was considered “dead” in hip hop, but there are now so many stars. Even with the rising stars, there are many NYC guys making moves.
Na Boogz is among those people and he blew up with “Weirdos,” his viral record, featuring Don Q. That song went onto amass over 1 million views on YouTube. Since then, Na Boogz has continued to drop viral music, building a huge fan base.
Unfortunately, Na Boogz had a close brush with death, closer than he would like. When a person is coming up in the game, the way Na Boogz has, they become a target. Exactly what happened isn’t clear, but on his Instagram, Na Boogz said wrong place, wrong time, and he showed his gunshot wound, promising he would never let his fans down, but told them to cherish him while he’s here, and not to wait until he’s locked up, or dead.
