R. Kelly’s girlfriends, Joycelyn Savage and Azriel Clary, made headlines on Wednesday afternoon after the two were seen fighting on Instagram Live. This was after Clary said Savage was having underage sex with Kelly, how Kelly is a liar, and he made them lie during their CBS interview with Gayle King.
Reports early into Thursday morning by Gossip In The City stated that sources close to the situation say that Clary was taken into federal custody after she went to the hospital to be evaluated. Now, Clary is finally speaking out and says that Savage is the one in jail for assault. She thanked everyone for the love and prayers and that everyone will know everything “sooner than later.”
Clary must’ve only been questioned by police since she isn’t facing any kind of charges. She shouldn’t be in the first place since Savage assaulted her first on camera. Hopefully, in the end, these two women can just reunite with their families. It’s sad that they got involved with R. Kelly in the first place. Savage’s family told TMZ tonight that they still haven’t been able to speak to her. Savage and Clary’s situation with Kelly was once again addressed on Lifetime’s ‘Surviving R Kelly Part 2: The Reckoning‘ last week as well.
