The LeVert family is one of those music dynasties, as everyone in the family is talented, and has had success. Obviously, Eddie LeVert and his son, the late Gerald, are the most-famous. In 2006, Gerald LeVert died, which was a shock to some.
Not as well-known to the public is that Gerald’s brother, Sean, died just two years later, in 2008. There is controversy surrounding the circumstances of his death. Sadly, the year of 2020 has begun with another death in the LeVert family.
Carlyisa LeVert, Gerald’s daughter, shared more heartbreaking news about the family. She revealed the family’s matriarch, Martha LeVert, died yesterday. Martha is the wife of Eddie and mother of Gerald and Sean LeVert, and Twitter is paying their respects in the wake of the heartbreaking news.
