Our 44th President of The United States, Barack Obama, is back with his annual favorite songs of the year list for 2019 and he has a very good selection. His picks are a very diverse collection from hip-hop, R&B, and even some rock.

For the hip-hop & R&B hits that Mr. Obama presented, they’re some of the best of 2019. Among the tracks are Charlotte rapper DaBaby’s breakout hit single, “Suge,” J. Cole’s “Middle Child” which appeared on the “Revenge of the Dreamers 3” album, and and even “The London” by Young Thug, J. Cole and Travis Scott.

In the R&B/pop selection, the President selected Summer Walker’s “Playing Games,” “Juice” by Lizzo, and “On Chill” by Wale and Jeremih. We can’t forget the other star-studded hits on this list as well such as Lil Nas X’s “Old Town Road” feat. Billy Ray Cyrus, and Beyoncè’s “Mood 4 Eva.” These two songs were also included in Obama’s summertime playlist.

Mr. Barack Obama never disappoints with his music selections. It’s always good to hear some of the common interests that we have with one of best presidents in the history of our country.
