Before she became best-known for being “Power’s” Tasha St. Patrick, giving Ghost (Omari Hardwick) the business, Naturi Naughton was virtually forgotten. Her 3LW days were long gone and few remembered the group. She was cast to play Lil’ Kim on Notorious.
Most were confused on why she was cast, as she looked and acted nothing like Lil’ Kim. However, when Lil’ Kim spoke out, and seemed offended by her playing the role, some thought she was being a little extreme. But, it still comes up, from time-to-time.
Lil’ Kim recently appeared on Hollywood Unlocked, where Naturi was brought up. Here, she accused Naturi of being disrespectful towards her, to which the actress said it was “all lies, but all love.” As fans came to defend Naturi, Lil’ Kim took them on in a few scathing Instagram clap backs.
