Rapper, Sole, is giving her opinion on the current state of female hip-hop…and it might ruffle some feathers.
In an interview with Black Magik, Sole speaks on how she feels about the message, that rappers like Cardi B, City Girls, and Megan Thee Stallion, promote with their music.
She starts off by saying that she doesn’t listen to any current music by Cardi or Megan. She says that the type of music those women put out does not resonate with her, at this point in her life. She also goes on to say these women wouldn’t be as popular as they are, if they didn’t have an audience that agreed with the messages they say and show in their songs and videos.
