18-year-old Nova LooseCanon, out of Boynton Beach, Florida is hungry for the next spot in his state. He began his musical journey in his home country of Haiti but soon took his talents to the Sunshine State in 2013. Cannon starting off as a battle rapper was key in his transition to an artist that wants to be recognized by a more broad audience.
Canon originally didn’t have a huge passion for music but once he started going to the studio consistently, he knew he had a gift. Things picked up for Canon as he met videographer, Freezzy Brickz, as he got him a deal with Sky Burg Records. He credits Brickz for keeping him focused and motivated to get his goals done as well.
Canon had the support from his family from the start when it came to his music aspirations as he said they helped him out financially. He added that they’re the first ones to see any material he records.
Canon credits his flow as very versatile as he wants to appeal to a global audience. He recently released his new single “Baby” and is starting to pick up momentum.
