When it comes to his romantic life, Ne-Yo has had his fair share of controversy, in the eyes of the media. Early in his career, Ne-Yo was told he had a baby boy. Excited and ready to raise his child, Ne-Yo learned the child was not his.
But, when Ne-Yo settled with Monyetta Shaw, they were for real. She was pregnant and Ne-Yo was really the father, as the two went on to build a family. Things soon changed and Crystal Renay was soon the woman in his life, later his wife.
That situation was controversial, to the media, but Ne-Yo, and the women in his life, say it was all quite simple. Last year, Ne-Yo, Crystal, and Monyetta all sat down on “The Real” to discuss their situation. A year later, Ne-Yo is hinting about trouble, but Crystal is coming directly to call him out on his BS.
