Through the history of “The Breakfast Club,” people have both loved and hated the show. Usually, when something becomes highly successful, the backlash begins. From the jump, “The Breakfast Club” has always been a messy show, but now the guests are bigger.
Last week, the show was afforded the opportunity to sit down and interview Forest Whitaker. A veteran actor, it wasn’t until the mid-2000s that the acting world fully appreciated his talents. Since then, he has grown into an icon, in the eyes of most.
Known for his off the wall statements, Charlamagne Tha God began the interview asking Forest Whitaker about his lazy eye. Fans on Twitter rightfully found that disrespectful. For the past three days, they have been going in on Charlamagne, calling his comments both rude, disrespectful, and insensitive.
