Young Dro Ordered To Serve 70 Days In Jail But Is Getting 20 Days Credited and Could End Up Released By October 5 After Punching GF and Hitting Her With Plate of Banana Pudding

Back in July, Young Dro got into a physical altercation with his girlfriend where he punched her and left her bruised in addition to smashing a plate of banana pudding on her face. He then used a knife to start cutting up furniture.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ, the Grand Hustle rapper plead guilty to one count of battery/family violence. A one-year sentence was the plan but then it turned into 70 days. The judge ended up being pretty lenient with Dro as he got 20 days of credit served. A Fulton County Court official says that Dro will get an extra day of credit served for good behavior.

These credited days could get Dro out as early as October 5. He will be on probation for the full year sentence though. Another part of his plea deal is that he will have to submit to a drug/alcohol evaluation within 30 days of being released from jail, domestic violence counseling, and can’t drink or smoke. All weapons of his must be given up too.
