New York Giants Bench 2-Time Super Bowl Winner Eli Manning And Make Rookie Daniel Jones New Starter

By Prince Hakeem

For the past 15 seasons, Eli Manning has been the starting quarterback for the New York Giants. Well it looks like that era may be coming to an end. It was announced earlier today that first round pick Daniel Jones would be starting in the game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. This development come after an 0-2 start for the Giants. For a very long time, pundits and sports critics have labelled Manning as a quarterback with only two great moments – that being the two super bowl runs.

Jones was really impressive in the preseason, and having been chosen as the 6th overall pick, it was a matter of time before this move happened.
