Nicki Minaj has social media in flames right now as she just took to Twitter to say that she is retiring from music. She says the reason for this is that she wants to have a family along with thinking that this is what everyone wanted.
Minaj went on to say that she wants her fans to keep representing her until the death of her and that she loves them for life. She recently made headlines for calling people out such as Charlamagne Tha God and Rick Ross. Her previous project was “Queen” which was released in August of last year and was her fourth studio album. She’s also been serious about being with her boyfriend Kenneth Petty, as she recently changed her name to “Mrs. Petty” on Twitter. He’s caught heat by many of her fans due to him being a convicted murderer and rapist.
A lot of fans might not take this retirement seriously considering the fact of how random this is. This might just be a heat of the moment reaction from Nicki. Check out her confirming her retirement below along with Twitter reactions to it.
