Kodak Black has been locked up since May after he was arrested at them Rolling Loud festival after being investigated for falsifying information on his gun applications. He plead guilty to his charges this week as he faces 10 years in prison. His next hearing is in November. Kodak also made headlines in July for a jail freestyle where he said he’d punch pregnant Yung Miami in her stomach for curving him for 808 Mafia producer, Southside. He’s since apologized to both of them on Twitter.
The Florida rapper posted an update on Instagram from jail today reflecting on his time in jail since May. Kodak says four months ago he was facetiming the baddest women and now, he’s in a jail cell waiting on mail. He also mentioned how he comes off as arrogant but others would be too if they were rich and famous after just being in the projects.
Kodak concluded by saying that he feels that God wants to show him something or maybe do something since he’s going through the same situations. The truth is that Kodak needs some older heads to put him on game about how he’s always messing up. He’s a superstar and he’s flat out wasting it all right now.
