Really, this crap can’t be made up! Out in Washington State, a man named William Kelley decided to shoplift some items from a store, one morning a couple of days ago. While he was shoplifting, a man riding a bicycle noticed his truck, with the keys sitting in the seat.
Completely unrelated, the man in the bicycle decided he would place his bike into the bed of the truck, and drive off with it. Kelley, obviously upset, called the cops to report his truck stolen. The review of surveillance led to more than Kelley bargained for.
William Kelley had outstanding warrants, once his name was run. On top of that, the surveillance footage picked up on him shoplifting from the store. Kelley was arrested, on the spot, as the man who stole his truck remains at large.
