Kodak Black has been locked up since Rolling Loud weekend in Miami back in May after the feds found out he lied about falsifying information in his attempt buy guns. The Florida rapper was set to plead not guilty next week but now, there’s a change of plans.

According to Bossip, Kodak will be pleading guilty in this case. Court documents state that this is a “change of plea.” This situation points to a plea deal already being in place but nothing has officially been revealed yet. These gun charges carry a max sentence of 10 years in prison, three years of parole and up to $250,000 in fines.

Kodak is also dealing with a sexual assault case in South Carolina. A high school girl claimed in 2016 that he raped her after one of his shows in the city of Columbia. The prosecutor in this case asked for Kodak’s $100,000 bond to be thrown out due to his constant arrests. He’s expected to go to trial for this case sometime this fall.

Kodak made headlines a few weeks ago after he did a freestyle from jail about punching Yung Miami’s pregnant stomach. This was after she curved him for 808 Mafia producer, Southside. Kodak recently apologized though to both of them on Twitter and admitted he was wrong.
