French Montana looks like he might have to pay up a lot of money in court after a man sustained serious injuries at Montana’s Calabasas, CA home. According to The Blast, a man named Daniel Banuelos was installing security cameras at Montana’s home and that’s when his German Shepard attacked him. This incident reportedly occurred on August 22, 2017.

The man says that while he was working on the cameras, the dog came out of nowhere and “viciously attacked and bit him.” In the lawsuit, it states that Montana was aware of how aggressive the dog was and it’s used to “guard the premise.” Montana also “encouraged the dog’s aggressive and vicious nature in order to make the dog a greater risk and threat to intruders.”

Banuelos added that Montana didn’t “leash, tether, chain, muzzle” the dog to make sure nobody would be harmed by it. He added that he had to miss days of work because of his injuries and as they are “severe and permanent mental, emotional and psychological injuries.” In court, Banuelos is seeking damages and is suing for negligence.
