Judge Denies Lil Durk’s Request For Curfew to Be Lifted to Perform at Shows; He’s Missed Six So Far While Dealing With Attempted Murder Case

Lil Durk is going through an attempted murder case in which a man was shot at and robbed of his $30,000 chain in Atlanta back in February. This was by the famous Varsity restaurant in the midtown area. Durk is a suspect in the case and was recently let out on $250,000 bond after turning himself in at the end of May.

A judge has been putting Durk on a strict curfew and that’s prevented him from performing at six scheduled shows. This has been messing his money up in a major way as he put in a request for the curfew to be lifted. According to TMZ, the judge has just denied the request as he can’t travel outside of Atlanta.

Durk has made the case for himself to the judge that he will get sued by festivals for missing his scheduled performances but it was no use. The curfew says that he can’t be in public from 11PM-7AM. The next festival coming up for him is the Dope Shows Festival in Philadelphia on July 6. He might have to provide proof of an even longer list of upcoming shows to convince the judge to overturn this curfew.
