Over a month ago, Massachusetts rapper Don Trag was supposed to open up for Da Baby at a show in Lawrence at Centro Nightclub. Trag ended up getting beat down by Baby’s security after supposedly wanting a photo. Baby’s security said that Trag was being aggressive in doing so. This left Trag beaten so bad to the point where he was fighting for his life in the hospital.
According to TMZ, Trag is deciding to sue Baby after what went down along with for his injuries. Court documents state that Baby failed to train his security and knew they had violent tendencies. Injuries said to have been suffered were serious injuries to his head, eyes, neck and spine. His brother added that Trag had brain and neck swelling along with falling into a coma.
Trag’s already reached $30,000 in hospital bills with $75k more expected to come in. Trag is suing for damages. He has a very good chance to win in court due to the severity of his injuries and Da Baby’s security being the only ones on video attacking anyone.
