Any piece of memorabilia associated with 2Pac seems to come with a high price and that is the case with his 1995 jail ID card from Clinton Correctional Facility in New York. Pac was in here for nine months after being convicted on sexual assault charges. Accuser Ayanna Jackson said he had sex with her in a hotel room.

The prison ID card from Clinton is now being put up for auction by Heritage Auctions starting at $2,000. The bidding will start on July 1 with the winner expected to take the card home at the winning price between $4,000-6,000. Pac served nine months in this prison.

Following Pac’s release with the help of Suge Knight, he went on to sign with Death Row Records. His first album after his release was the fourth studio album “All Eyez On Me.” It went on to go diamond in the United States, 3x platinum in Australia and Netherlands, and 2x platinum in Canada, Germany, and New Zealand. It was headlined by the singles “California Love” feat. Dr. Dre, “2 of Amerikaz Most Wanted” featuring Snoop Dogg, “How Do U Want It” feat. KC and JoJo, “Life Goes On,” and “I Ain’t Mad Atcha” feat. Danny Boy.
