Judge Sets Bond At $250,000 For Lil Durk After Alleged Role In Shooting Man In Atlanta and Robbing Him of $30k Chain; Durk Faces Five Felonies

Lil Durk turned himself into police at the end of May after he was wanted for his alleged involvement in the shooting of a man in Atlanta in February. The incident reportedly occurred at The Varsity restaurant in the midtown area. The man was shot in the leg. He was booked on five felonies, which include criminal intent to commit murder, aggravated assault, possession of a firearm during commission of a felony, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, and another charge of associating with a criminal street gang to participate in a crime.

According to TMZ, Durk has been granted $250,000 bond by a judge after being in court for a hearing today in Atlanta. He won’t be on house arrest but will be enforced with an 11PM-7AM curfew. Durk’s attorney, Manny Arora, says that the bond will be posted on Friday along with Durk’s release.

The man reportedly killed got his $30,000 chain robbed and shot. The incident occurred on February 5 around 5:45AM. Police said that two witnesses an argument was going on and that’s what led to the shooting with Durk being rumored to be the shooter. Check out Atlanta Channel 2 news about the bond hearing.
