Young Thug Proves Loyalty To Gucci Mane By Refusing To Ever Work With Jeezy

Gucci Mane and Jeezy have been beefing since 2005 over rights to Gucci’s breakout hit single “Icy” featuring Jeezy and Boo. Things ended up turning violent as Gucci ended up shooting Jeezy’s friend after Gucci was set up to be killed. Gucci ended up beating the case due to self defense. Gucci and Jeezy almost squashed their beef in 2009 after getting on a call with DJ Drama but things still haven’t been the same as we heard the Jeezy diss “Truth” in 2012.

Gucci is responsible for helping Young Thug blow up in 2013 and since then, Thug has been a star as he’s had hit records, started his Young Stoner Life record label, and signed breakthrough artists such as Gunna, Lil Keed, and Lil Duke. He’s also still proving his loyalty to Gucci. In one of Gucci’s new Instagram posts, Thug commented “Damn I can’t do nothing with Jeezy, and I plan on dyin like this!!

The only time we’ve seen Jeezy and Thug on a song together was back in 2014 on DJ Drama’s “Right Back” single featuring them and Rich Homie Quan. It looks like that will be the only one from this point as Thug is showing that he rides for 1017 forever. Check out his comment on IG below.
