Though very loosely, the law does interpret something of a dress code, but it’s the bare minimum. Public nudity is illegal in all 50 states of the USA, for the obvious reasons. Most businesses also live by the “no shoes, no shirt, no service” motto.
However, as long as all of the private areas are covered, most people are allowed to come and go. Unfortunately, a Pennsylvania woman didn’t get that chance. Summer is pretty much here, so she was wearing a crop top, as she went to Golden Corral.
There to enjoy a dinner, the store’s manager approached her about her outfit, telling her it was inappropriate. When asked what was wrong with it, he couldn’t tell her, even as she pointed out people wearing more revealing outfits than the one she had on. Since then, the franchise owner has reached out to apologize to her.
