YG burst onto the scene, when “My Hitta,” with Jeezy and Rich Homie Quan, blew up, but “Toot It and Boot It” was his first single to gain recognition. Being a young dude, on the West Coast, YG and Nipsey Hussle were coming up together and became close. Unfortunately, Nipsey Hussle died a few months ago, and YG is taking it hard, releasing “My Last Words,” off his new album, as a tribute to his “FDT” partner.
