Bill Cosby used to be America’s dad until his rape charges against many women surfaced and is now in prison for 3-10 years. He also used to be the host of the hit TV show “Kids Say The Darndest Things” from 1998-2000. It’s been 19 years without any reboots but now, it’s happening.

According to Variety, Tiffany Haddish will be the host of the show’s reboot as it’s scheduled to air this fall. This isn’t much of a surprise considering the fact that Haddish is one of the best comedians in the game right now and she’d appeal to the humor that the kids will bring to Kids Say The Darndest Things.

ABC will be airing the show as Haddish is executive producing the series. ABC Entertainment President Karey Burke had high praise for Haddish as the top choice in hosting the show.

“When I was dreaming of stars I wanted to bring to ABC, Tiffany Haddish was top of my list,” Burke said to Variety. “Tiffany starring in and producing this iconic series is everything I hoped for.”

There will be different segments that Haddish will participate in with the kids such as “Kids Rule” where she explains rules for sportsmanship and dating along with “Best Carpool Ever” where she rides a minivan that is full of kids. The reboot is something that Haddish will definitely have fun with and viewers should as well. It’s scheduled to be aired on Sundays at 8PM ET.
