This morning, the world awoke to shocking news coming from Baytown, a town in Texas. There, a woman, Pamela Turner, got into an altercation with a police officer. Continuing the trend, Turner found herself on the receiving end of several gunshots, ending her life.
During the scuffle, Pamela Turner put up quite the fight against the police officer. Before he began firing shots, Turner screamed “I’M PREGNANT,” which killed her. The police officer, Steve Dorris, maintains that he acted in self-defense.
Investigations by the Baytown Police Department have confirmed that Pamela Turner (44) was not pregnant. With that info, along with Dorris’ claims that he acted in self-defense, led to the decision. Steve Dorris is on paid administrative leave.
