The beef between Memphis stars Young Dolph and Yo Gotti has been lasting for over five years now. It all stems to Gotti having an issue with Dolph deciding not to sign to CMG and stay independent, which is something that Dolph has been very successful doing. Things got to a crazy climax in Charlotte during CIAA weekend when 100 shots were fired into Dolph’s SUV. Many accused CMG artist Blac Youngsta of committing the crime.

Youngsta turned himself into police along with another man after being wanted for it. According to TMZ now, Youngsta is clear of any crimes. The reason being a lack of “scientific evidence” for him being involved in the shooting. The D.A added that Youngsta was in Durham, NC at the time and Youngsta wasn’t ID’d by any witnesses. He was facing six felony counts of discharging a weapon into occupied property and one count of conspiracy.

Youngsta’s lawyer Robert Corbett release a statement regarding the case being dismissed.

“We provided an affirmative defense that proved that [Blac Youngsta] was not involved. We’re thankful for the patience of our client in allowing this to work its way through the criminal justice system and to the District Attorney’s Office in properly analyzing all of the evidence.”

Youngsta also posted a text on Instagram from another one of his lawyers detailing how he was ruled innocent and how it’s time to be great now and win. At the time, Dolph also released the hit record “100 Shots” which dissed Gotti and Youngsta for the shooting too. Check out the text from one of Youngsta’s lawyers below.
