Comedian Pete Davidson has never been shy when it comes to his very public love affairs and drama. Since his break-up with Ariana Grande, he’s lived his love life openly on his sleeve. And while that may be great for him, it wasn’t something Kate Beckinsale was on board for, causing her to call it quits with Davidson. Even though many folks could see this coming from a mile away, I suppose there’s some story to it.

The improbable showbiz couple that was Deckinsale has sadly cooled things off after just a few months of dating, sources confirmed to Page Six.
One insider said that while the age difference wasn’t a problem for the pair, Davidson’s public lifestyle was.
“Even though Kate has been in Hollywood for a long time, she struggled with the attention on her relationship with Pete. He lives his life with his heart on his sleeve.”
Despite a very public makeout session with Davidson at a hockey game, Beckinsale — who got together with him at the Golden Globes in January — told the LA Times, “I’m surprised by the interest. I’ve never been in this position before — never dated anybody who comes with their own bag of mischief.”
Between breaking up with Ariana Grande, amplifying the debate about the size of his manhood, marking up a host of tattoos, joking about his love life on “Weekend Update” and moving in with his 50-year-old mom in Staten Island, Davidson is indeed a dream for comedy writers and gossip columnists — but a horror for Hollywood publicists.
