In the 1990s, the R&B boy groups took over the game, as did the females, too. There were so many groups, though, it’s easy for some to be forgotten by time. Safe to say, Soul 4 Real was one of those groups, even though Sirius XM Fly keeps “Candy Rain” in rotation.

Listening to those songs serves as a reminder to really how long it was, since those guys had a major impact. Surely, life went on for them, but the music industry wasn’t to be theirs. Perhaps, that was more of a blessing, than a bad thing, given some stories.

Soul 4 Real recently stopped by “The Breakfast Club,” where they talked with DJ Envy, Angela Yee, and Charlamagne Tha God. The interview began with them speaking on their history. But, with life moving on, the guys also spoke, in-depth, about their future, and some of their individual efforts.
