Lil Wayne Threatening To Sue Man If He Won’t Give Him Back His Old 1999 Notebook With Lyrics That Was Randomly Found In Car; Man Is Trying To Sell It For $250k

Recently, a man named Gary Zimet who owns the memorabilia company Moments In Time found Lil Wayne’s old notebook from 1999 with music lyrics in it. This was during his Hot Boys days. Zimet reportedly found it in a car that the dealership that he works at received. The notebook has a little water damage from Hurricane Katrina. It is now trying to be sold for $250,000.

According to TMZ now, Lil Wayne has been made aware of the situation and wants the notebook back. His legal team sent a letter to Moments In Time saying that Wayne is the owner and that they have no right trying to sell it. In the notice, it added that Wayne never intentionally got rid of the notebook and that it was just misplaced.

Zimet isn’t concerned at all and is standing his ground. He said that Wayne is still going to have to pay to get the notebook back. If Wayne doesn’t get it back though, Zimet could be getting sued and Wayne’s legal team has made that very clear. I don’t know if suing is such a good idea though considering that the notebook has been missing for years and Zimet randomly found it.
