Some unfortunate developments for reality star Tommie Lee. The former Love and Hip-Hop cast member is back in jail after showing up to a scheduled court case drunk. Lee was in a Cobb County court last week for a hearing in her child abuse criminal case. According to law enforcement Tommie appeared to be intoxicated during the hearing. It apparently become so noticeable that the judge ordered a drug and alcohol test to be performed.
While the mugshot is dead giveaway, the BAC came back at 0,16, twice the legal limit. It was also a violation of her bond agreement. Lee was arrested on the spot in court with no bail set.
Tommie has been in long legal battle for some time. She’s been trying to get approval from the judge regarding her desire to move to California for work. The judge shot down her request citing her long rap sheet of trouble and arrests. She’s currently facing 54 years if she is convicted on all 7 charges within her child abuse case.
