Four years ago, Jussie Smollett was on top of the world. His hit series, “Empire” was wrapping up season one to record ratings. “Empire,” during the first season and a half, was the most-popular show in TV history, and Jussie’s character had the biggest storyline.
Unfortunately for Jussie, however, his character’s role has continuously dwindled since then. Apparently, this was something Smollett noticed, and decided to do something about. The attack that happened to him, in Chicago, is said to be his own doing.
Going from filing a police report, to facing charges, Jussie Smollett is facing prison time. Previous reports have said Jussie was facing sixteen years in prison. Now, it’s being said that Jussie Smollett is facing 65 years in prison.
