Here is some bad news, out of “Sanford & Son,” as one of the show’s most well-known characters has died. Already, the main cast of the show has passed away. Redd Foxx, LaWanda Paige, and Whitman Mayo, the portrayers of Fred, Esther, and Grady died decades ago.
However, the other cast members, Demond Wilson (Lamont) and Rallo were still alive. In recent years, Nathaniel Taylor, the man who portrayed Rallo, was doing “Sanford & Son” reunion meet and greets. A lot of fans were reintroduced to him.
Sadly, the reunion was short-lived, as Nathaniel Taylor passed away, this afternoon. But, he was gifted with a long and successful life, which isn’t a guarantee. The actor died at the age of 80 years old.
