Last year, Lil Zay really turned heads, with his “Zaytoven” track. That song and video attracted an audience bigger than he was used to, putting him on another level. Even though he came a long way, Lil Zay has much further to go.
Given how the internet clings onto these viral stars, it’s almost anyone’s ballgame. Right in the mix is Lil Zay and he hails from the DMV area that hasn’t had a breakout star in a while. Definitely, he is putting his work in, and he kicked 2019 off with a fire promo video.
Lil Zay knows it will take more than promo videos to get him where he needs to go. The momentum is definitely there, but Lil Zay has to seize the moment. Will 2019 be the year when it all comes together for the popular DMV rapper?
