BlocBoy JB has been a wanted man in Tennessee for a few weeks now. A warrant was out for him and is facing charges for possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia, being a convicted felon in possession of a handgun and for theft of property. He’s been on Instagram debating whether or not to turn himself in but now, he’s finally going into police custody, per Fox 13.
It still hasn’t been fully clarified on when JB committed the crimes for these charges. He appeared in a Shelby County courtroom this morning. His lawyers said that the reason for taking so long to turn himself in is because he’s been traveling.
JB’s bond is set at $50,000. He broke out into stardom last year with his hit single “Look Alive” with Drake. Projects put out in 2018 include his “Simi” and “Don’t Think That” mixtapes. Check out Fox 13 news video of JB turning himself in below.
