Through his career, Killer Mike fully revamped his image. The Atlanta rapper became politically-active, and was one of the first people to endorse Bernie Sanders’ presidential run. As most remember, his run was controversial, in the end.

Killer Mike is back in the spotlight, where he is promoting “Trigger Warning,” a new show. This show features Killer Mike in his element, where he exposes wrongdoing in the overall culture. Change happens, but it comes at a slower pace.

Continuing his media rounds, Killer Mike stopped by Hot 97. The conversation was with Ebro, Peter Rosenberg, and Laura Stylez. As the Super Bowl was in his (our) hometown of Atlanta, he spoke on the protests, and also Bernie Sanders, and what he’s learned from doing “Trigger Warnings.”
