Well, this is a major twist in the plot, if it’s even true. Especially since 2016, but through his whole career, Kanye West has always been a major source of controversy. At the end of 2016, Kanye West went on a memorable rant, where he endorsed Donald Trump’s presidency.
Kanye West has since been an on/off Trump supporter, rocking the hats, and making appearances with the president. These efforts did lead to some people wrongfully imprisoned being released. In a recent interview with Van Lathan, GLC claims that’s all Kanye wanted.
There are many claims as to why Kanye West supports Donald Trump, but GLC says it was only a means to an end. The fellow Chicago rapper said Kanye West was only using Trump, this whole time. He said that it was a mission of Kanye’s to get people freed from prison, hence why he linked with The Donald.
