Over the past four years, 21 Savage has gone from being virtually unknown to being a major force in rap. A year ago, 21 Savage had his single, “Bank Account,” dominating radio, along with his features with Cardi B and Post Malone. That run made him a household name.
21 Savage definitely has lived the American dream, going from being an unknown to a rap star. Along with that, 21 Savage dated Amber Rose, accomplishing the dreams of many young men. The only problem is that 21 Savage wasn’t quite American.
Just a day after 21 Savage’s Super Bowl party performance, the rapper got arrested by ICE. It turns out, 21 Savage is really from the UK, and was in America on a visa in July 2005. However, he stayed in the US until now, leading to him being arrested as an “unlawful United Kingdom national.”
