A veteran in the game, Kehlani has been putting out highly-visible records since 2013. Since then, Kehlani has done records with many of the biggest names in the industry. Early in her career, Kehlani was recruited by Eminem for MMLP2.
Kehlani got a much bigger spotlight, when Cardi B featured her on her single, “Ring,” which got a lot of play last fall. The song did enough to continue both artists’ run. Like Cardi B a year ago, Kehlani is expecting her first child.
Much of everything Kehlani has been talking about was all focused on the birth of her child. However, she took a break from sharing her baby shower to stick up for her friend. Tired of social media coming for Tinashe, following the low ratings for “Rent,” Kehlani told fans to “stop the mean sh*t,” citing how hard-working and kind Tinashe is.
